Appointments & Sessions
Do I need a GP referral to book?
No referral is needed. You can book directly for physiotherapy, sports massage, or lymphatic drainage.
What happens during the first appointment?
The first session includes a full assessment to understand your symptoms, medical history, and goals. This is followed by hands-on treatment and personalised advice or exercises where appropriate, so you leave with a clear plan.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on the condition, how long you have had it, and your personal goals. Some issues improve within a few sessions, while others benefit from a short rehabilitation plan.
Will I see the same physiotherapist every time?
Yes. All treatments are provided by the same experienced physiotherapist Luca, ensuring continuity, consistency, and personalised care at every visit.
What should I wear to the appointment?
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Depending on the area being treated, you may be asked to move or expose the relevant body part to allow proper assessment and treatment.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online through the booking system or by contacting the clinic directly. Flexible times are available to suit busy schedules.
Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes. Physiotherapy sessions can be covered by most major private health insurance providers. If you plan to use insurance, please obtain an authorisation code from your insurer before booking your first appointment. You can then book the dedicated 45-minute initial assessment for insurance patients. Sessions are billed in line with your policy terms, and any excess or non-covered amount remains the patient’s responsibility.
Can I discuss my problem before booking?
Yes. If you are unsure whether treatment is suitable for your condition, you are welcome to get in touch to briefly discuss your situation before making an appointment.
